How long will it take for my print to be delivered?

On average, your print will be produced, signed by Scarlet and dispatched within 10 days. We send our prints in robust packaging via a tracked postal/courier service. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

UK: Next Day
Europe: 5-7 Days
US: 7-10 Days
Australia & Rest of World: 7-10 Days

How much are P&P charges?

We charge the following for tracked and insured shipping costs for unframed prints.

UK: £6
Europe: £15
USA: £18
Australia & Rest of the World: £18

Can you frame prints?

We offer a framed print collection with a digital signature, available in two sizes: A4 and A3. Please note we don't currently offer framing on our signed, numbered limited edition prints.

Can I return my print?

All limited edition prints are made to order: produced, signed and numbered specifically for your order. As such, the right to cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply, and we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on these once production has begun.

Open edition prints, books, gift vouchers, and other non-bespoke items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, with the 'certificate of authenticity' (where applicable) in suitable packaging and posted with insurance.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Are the prints enhanced from the original?

Images that originate from film are made by scanning at high resolution from the original transparency or negative. The digital files are then cleaned and dusted and may be colour balanced or retouched according to the photographer/art director's instruction. Images taken on digital cameras skip the scanning process but the rest is the same. See the caption for further details.

How should I care for my print?

Keep your print out of direct sunlight and away from unusually hot, cold or damp conditions.
